“I am so blessed to be part of the Alpha chapter and to serve as president
this year! Each and every one of my sisters are amazing and I could not ask
for better girls to surround myself with. These girls constantly lift me
up and encourage me in my walk with Jesus Christ. It is great to have
friends who hold the same ideals, values, and beliefs as you! This year,
our chapter is trying to get our names out more on NCSU's campus. We want
to be known for living our lives for the Lord and glorifying him through
service work and leadership. I am excited for what God has in store for us
this year! I know it will be amazing!”

“My freshman year at NCSU, I decided to join Sigma Alpha Omega®. SAO is
definitely one of the biggest blessings in my life. I love all of my
sisters so much and I love how they challenge me each and every day to
grow in my walk with God. Knowing that there is always someone to keep me
accountable and lend a helping hand is such a comfort. My relationship
with God has grown so much ever since joining SAO. I thank God daily for
all of my sisters in SAO and for allowing me to be a part of such a
wonderful organization.”

“I am so blessed to be a part of this chapter of SAO and a sister of this
national sorority! I have grown so much in my relationship with Christ
since I joined my freshman year. Every girl in my chapter has had an
impact on my life and it’s amazing to watch our sorority grow a little
every year. God has given each of us talents and abilities, all special
and unique but essential to serving the community that we call home these
years of college. I’ve really enjoyed growing closer to the girls through
service projects, social events, and retreats. Knowing that they are there
to lift each other up in the joys of sister’s lives and a shoulder to cry
on when things get tough is something that is irreplaceable. I know God
has great things planned for this sorority, whether in the small community
of a college campus or something larger that reaches out internationally.
We all look forward to growing in Christ and striving, everyday, to be His
hands and feet to those around us.”
